At Super Service we are committed to providing you with the highest quality professional repairs and service. We recognize your need for exceptional customer service, and we back up our commitment with the following warranties: 

SUPER SERVICE  3 YEAR / 36k Mile PARTS &LABOR WARRANTY 

While most shops will stand behind their repairs for 12-24 months, we are so confident in the quality of the parts we use and the skills of our career technicians that we stand behind our repairs for 3 years / 36k Miles. This means that if you ever have a failure with a component that we replaced on your vehicle, the part we replaced will always be covered (see exceptions below). If the part fails within 3 years of the original repair being made by us, both labor and part(s) will be covered by us. We are confident you will not find this strong of a warranty anywhere else. 

YES, THERE IS SOME FINE PRINT: 

Super Service will warranty repairs made at our shop. This will cover only repairs made at Super Service and is available nationwide by calling the number on the warranty pamphlet. Non-repair items are not covered by our Parts & Labor Warranty. The items that are not covered by Super Service Warranty include but are not limited to fluids (engine oil, brake fluid, coolant, transmission fluid, differential fluid, freon, clutch), brakes (rotors, pads, drums, sensors), filters (oil, engine air, fuel, cabin), alignments, tires, and TPMS sensors. 

In rare cases, we may source a used transmission or engine. If the part is used, the warranty of the vendor from whom the part was sourced will be the only warranty offered. The labor on a used engine or transmission will not be covered by Super Service.

If your car is ever sold or transferred, this warranty is void. At Super Service's discretion, this warranty will be void if Super Service discovers any abuse, neglect, or intentional damage to your vehicle, if your vehicle was in an accident, or if any custom work was done on your vehicle that Super Service determined had an effect on the repair. Super Service will not warranty other parts of your vehicle that were not repaired by this shop. This warranty does not take the place of any warranty you may have with the manufacturer of any parts purchased through Super Service. Other exceptions may apply, and Super Service reserves the right to terminate this warranty at any time, by providing notice in its shop.
